NOSHOCK EARTHING - ADVANTAGES
Revolutionary Pipe in Pipe Technology:
Safe Earthing Electrodes employs hot dipped tubes galvanized from both inside & outside.
Small Area Required:
An augur of 150 – 200 mm dia is only required and the electrode is inserted with the Back Fill Compound surrounding the electrode.
Absence of Corrosion:
We do not advice the use of Salt & Charcoal surrounding the Safe Earthing Electrodes as we have developed a "BACK FILL COMPOUND", which is to be used surrounding the Safe Earthing Electrode to retain moisture and delay the corrosion of the outer shell G.I. Pipe for a very long period of time.
Absolutely SAFE:
The resistance is maintained at very low levels due to the consistency in the performance of the Safe Earthing Electrodes, resulting in the dispersion of fault current perfectly ensuring safety to Personnel and Equiptment.
Long Life – FIT AND FORGET:
Replacement? Forget it!
No replacement required in a long long period of time. Literally Life Long.
ORDINARY EARTHING - DISADVANTAGES
CopperPlate/SinglePipeTechnology:
Single Pipe of commercial quality made of cast Iron of different sizes whichever is readily available is inserted with copper plate below.
Large Area Required:
A large pit of 3X3 or 4X4 feet is dug and the copper plate is kept at the bottom with the pipe and Funnel for watering welded to it.
Presence of Corrosion:
The use of SALT & CHARCOAL surrounding the earthing, gives a temporary solution for getting low resistivity and after some time the salt starts to corrode the earth pipe and increasing the resistance by manifold.
High Maintenance:
To maintain low resistivity, the earthing pipe is to be cleaned properly, and regularly, salt, charcoal and water to be added causing perennial maintenance headache and expenses every year.
UNSAFE:
As the resistance increases, the dispersion of the fault current is not proper; this damages the equipments slowly & surely resulting in high expenses by way of maintenance cost and replacement of the equipments and unsafe to personnel.
Short Life:
Timely replacement of earthing is necessary within short period of time. Recurring expenses of installation go up with every passing year.
